FISHER TANK COMPANY

Having grown to more than 60 employees, Fisher Tank Company operates a 103,000 square foot facility in the Batesburg Leesville Industrial Park. Fisher Tank is a full service welded steel tank contractor that provides tank engineering and design, in house fabrication, blasting, painting, on site construction, and maintenance for field erected welded steel above ground storage tanks. While the company first opened its manufacturing facility in Lexington County in the early 1970s, Fisher Tank relocated and expanded to the Batesburg Leesville Industrial Park in 2008.

C.R. JACKSON

C.R. Jackson invested approximately $5 million in a new asphalt plant in Lexington County’s Batesburg Leesville Industrial Park, with the plant opening in 2021. Headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, C.R. Jackson is a heavy construction and paving company, and the project reflects continued industrial activity in the Batesburg Leesville market while supporting the county’s broader construction and infrastructure related business base.

CAPITAL CONCRETE CO

Capital Concrete Company invested $5 million to expand its Lexington County operations, creating 15 new jobs, with the plant opening in 2024. A producer of building materials and concrete products, the company supports continued growth across the Midlands by expanding regional capacity for construction materials and related services.
