Employing more than 2,000 employees county-wide, Amazon has two facilities in the Park and an additional facility also in the County of Lexington. Opened in 2012, Amazon’s 1.25-million-square-foot fulfillment center is near their Make on Demand center, which moved into the Park’s 120,000-square-foot speculative industrial building to better leverage infrastructure and improve efficiencies.

Located on a 60 acre-parcel in the Park, Nephron Pharmaceuticals’ has invested more than a quarter of a billion dollars and has created more than 2,000 jobs since moving their headquarters from Orlando, FL, to the County of Lexington, SC. Nephron, a woman owned company, is a private manufacturer of generic respiratory medications, ophthalmics and injectable drugs.

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has made an $80 million investment in a new 412,500 square foot distribution facility in Lexington County, South Carolina, which opened in the spring of 2026. Southern Glazer’s, the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol, developed the state of the art facility to strengthen its South Carolina supply chain network, enhance service to customers and suppliers, and support the company’s long term growth across the southeast.

Chick-fil-A Supply made an $80 million investment in its Lexington County distribution center, creating 165 new jobs and opening operations in the spring of 2025. A wholly owned subsidiary of Chick fil A, the company is an innovative distribution service provider focused on supporting restaurant operations through a flexible and efficient supply chain network, further strengthening Lexington County’s position as a strategic logistics and distribution hub in South Carolina.

Cardiff Products Corporation selected Lexington County for its first South Carolina operation with a $99.6 million investment that will create 94 new jobs, with the facility opening in spring 2026. Founded in Canada in 2019, Cardiff Products is a family owned beverage manufacturer specializing in plant based, shelf stable drinks for the U.S. and Canadian markets. The company’s new state of the art aseptic co-packing facility further strengthens Lexington County’s growing food and beverage manufacturing base and reflects the county’s continued success in attracting international investment.

ALLTAPE Adhesive Manufacturing Inc. selected Lexington County for its first South Carolina operation with a $70 million investment that will create 130 new jobs. Founded in Germany as part of ATP Group, ALLTAPE manufactures sustainable, solvent free adhesive products used across industries including automotive, transportation, foam, and plastics. The company’s new 125,000 square foot production and office facility is expected to be online in July 2026, further strengthening Lexington County’s growing base of international manufacturing operations.

WESCO Distribution Inc. is located within a 43,750 square foot industrial building in Lexington County. WESCO, a Fortune 500 company owned by Wesco International, is a leading provider of business to business distribution, logistics services, and supply chain solutions.

Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation invested more than $100 million to expand its Lexington County operations and create 250 new jobs through the opening of its 250,000 square foot Nephron Nitrile facility in 2021, a plant established to produce American made, medical grade nitrile gloves.
