Eligible businesses can receive a South Carolina tax credit of $1,000 per apprentice per year for up to four years.  The benefits of registered apprenticeship are numerous, including a higher skill level among all employees; decreased turnover; improved productivity; structured and consistent training; a reliable plan for the future and a state tax credit.
